Turbo Tax is the Greatest

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and find that every year it gets easier to use, and finds more ways of saving me needless taxes (or maximizing my refund). I tell everyone about how great the product is and why they should be using it.
What's great about it: So simple to use, clearly explained what and why I should consider for the largest refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Not As User Friendly

There used to be more ease of use between the Easy Step and switching to forms. Now it does not take you back to exactly where you were - too much repeating of steps. Harder to find forms. "Help" does not necessarily take you to appropriate answers - only those already asked.
I just may have to bite the bullet and go to a tax preparer - this is no longer "easy" for returns other than a 1040A.

What's great about it: Quick for easy returns
What's not so great: Not as easily navigatable as years past.

Always Fast, Accurate and helpful. Only issue I have with TT is that some error correction capabilities are difficult to back out of. A last example was the entry of the Driver License information require for NY State. NY State uses a MM-DD-YY format of Issue and Expiration date. TT 's option do not include MM-DD-YY but rather MM/DD/YYYY. Message states use format closely resembling format. After choosing this option the system does not accept MM-DD-YY. No was of backing out. With NY being on e of the largest states, why doesn't TT have the correct information.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy to Use
What's not so great: Bad on Correcting mistaken entries

TT rated my return "no errors". But when I went to print it for review it said there were errors. That makes no sense since I made no further changes. I had to guess that if I close TT, reopen, and go through the finishing process it would show me the errors, which it did.
What's great about it: accurate calculations; import data from other companies
What's not so great: limited help information. Couldn't understand what some items were about.

TuboTax knows there is a problem with the healthcare work sheet but has of yet not corrected it.
Sure the worksheet is not transferred to the IRS but many hours are wasted trying to figure out why a box is not checked.
It is not until you dig deep into the FAQ's do you find out the answer...IT DOESN'T MATTER. Nothing to do (see here), move on.
