It was very thorough and easy to follow.
Having used Turbo Tax for many years now I was ready with all my receipts and deductibles ahead of time. It pays to plan ahead.

Always the best tax refund by Turbo

I've used Turbo Tax for the last 15 years and have always liked the way it asked you questions so you don't mess up;

The only thing is I always get my State Tax E-filed for nothing now I have to mail them.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Mostly great, a little glitchy this year

Filed e-file--got e-mail saying fed and state accepted--BUT IRS has no record of my return. Second problem follows.
On redoing my form and attempting to e-file, Turbotax still requested a certificate number and date and claimed an error on a form I didn't even have or need. (Form 8396). I had said NO several times when asked about a mortgage credit certificate. However, Turbotax seemed to think I had answered yes and wanted info to complete Form 8396 and would not allow me to file electronically. Thus had to file by paper.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data
What's not so great: Occasional glitch
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better than a professional tax preparer!

Simple wonderful program, covers all bases, easy to use, prevents me from making mistakes, modeling different scenarios is quick & easy!
What's great about it: Easy, very easy, and very thorough!
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Whew! Makes tax filing pretty survivable

Great product. Have used another brand-name product in tax classes (what was I thinking?) but Turbo Tax is by far my favorite for ease of use and checking details.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process. User-friendly
What's not so great: Wish there was a little more explanation of tax law in various business areas.

Am I getting all the Deductions

Somehow I'm not sure I'm getting all the deductions I could be getting if I had someone to do my taxes. I'm going to have someone else look over it first.
