Getting me off the ground.

I have used Turbo Tax since 1998. You keep improving it. I'll keep using it. I like the audit Defense gives me peace of mind.
What's great about it: I like the ease of entering my own info or with the help
What's not so great: Not easy finding the form I needed Schedule D

I had to download the MI 1040 directions to get my maximum refund. Turbo Tax did not correctly subtract the city tax that was paid in OH as a credit on my MI form line 18.
What's great about it: Easy to complete, found me some refund money that I may have not found myself.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax did not have a good understanding of someone who owns a business in Ohio and is a resident of Michigan.

I have used all tax software, and Turbo Tax (TT) is the best one there is. As a former accountant, I can tell you it is so amazing how TT has demystified doing your taxes.
Just follow along, take your time, and be honest, and you will have an excellent experience. While the tax laws continuously change, TT adapts with simple to use menus, clear explanations, and the ability for you to reach out to others for help if needed.
I highly recommend Turbo Tax
What's great about it: navigation, explanation, operation, simple to use, accurate, helpful

I always use your product to do our taxes. It's so simple, I don't understand why anyone would go to a tax service provider.
This year, it was really streamlined and less complicated than in years past. The simplicity really made doing taxes fast this year. We even filed earlier than last year.

What's great about it: Really liked the options to go right to forms or be walked though.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.

Taxes Made Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it does a far better job than I can do keeping up with with the IRS. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, gets my finacial stuff, almost makes payment painless.

After many years of use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The version this year was better than previous versions in terms of ease of use. I am never sure however that my filing is correct even though I answer all questions totally honestly. It is helpful that previous returns are automatically up-loaded.
What's great about it: Ease of filing
What's not so great: Should not charge for efiling of state return
