Saving Copies of Current Tax Return Prepared

I was unable to save prepared tax return of clients
having the same last names and same first name initials.

It keeps informing me that files already exist when this
is totally different persons. Please inform how to

Best Way to File

I have used TurboTax for several years and find it easy to use with great links for tough questions.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions with links to answer detailed questions
What's not so great: Did not fully download on first attempt. Had to get customer assistance to complet. Helpful and quick service

Used another tax package for a few years after years with Turbo tax. Back to TT this year, after running into some problems with e-filing with the other package. Cruised through a moderately detailed return in about 5 hours and e-filed without a problem. Good format and detailed coverage.
What's great about it: Very detailed and complete
What's not so great: Not much, but the cost is a bit high

a bit hard to understand?

When printing the final copy some of the pages seem to be corrupted in that the lines and numbers did not line up on the forms??? and some words were separated by spaces or continued on the next line?????

Been using TT since the early 90's for personal and business taxes. Have always found that it keeps me knowledgeable and engaged through the tax process. The convenience is a real plus as well. Never had an audit (so far) and am certain of the authenticity/accuracy of the data it produces. It also lets me store both electronic and paper return data.
What's great about it: Puts me in charge & control
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I've been using TurboTax for over a decade. It continues to improve and make the overwhelming process of doing taxes so much easier. One year after the 2008 crash, the numbers were so crazy I took the pdf file to a tax accountant who called back and said it was perfect and didn't even charge me!

Great but sometimes vague or confusing

TurboTax is a very easy and cost effective way to file my income tax and self employment Schedule C information. There is a problem filing K-1 forms from a limited partnership and at times TurboTax is no help. The terminology may different what is listed in the K-1 also entering a 0 from the K-1 will cause unexpected results because TurboTax wants the box left empty. In fixing errors, instructions are sometimes vague. Like "Enter detailed description" with no indication what I am describing and if I go to the form view to see what it is, I cannot add it or make changes. If I go back to the "Easy" way it does not take me back to the error correction section and I have to go through the entire previous section to get there. This also happens with 1099-Misc. Very frustrating.
What's great about it: It is still the easiest way to enter my taxes without hiring an accountant.
What's not so great: Not enough help with form K-1 or fixing errors
