It was great!

This is my 20th year doing my own taxes with TT. My fourth year doing my own corporate taxes as well. I do not worry at tax time as long as I have TT. All the benefits without all the fees.
What's great about it: The ease of it.
What's not so great: Absolutely nothing

Gets Worse Every Year

I use both the personal version and the business version to prepare taxes for a trust and several individuals in my family. I have two major issues:
1) There is no integration between the business version and the individual - why must I key in the K-1 I just did in the business version.
2) Why is there no facility to upload a 1099-B from a CSV file? It is annoying to key in numerous transactions.
What's great about it: E-Filing
What's not so great: Limited uploading

I had run into an obstacle in the online software. I spoke to a very helpful representative that assisted me in downloaded the software to my computer so I could start my taxes over. So pleased with this product and the customer service.
