Turbo Tax 2015

I think it's lousy that you don't offer 1041 program in Mac OS 10 compatible formats. For this reason, I have discovered TaxAct On-line. Actually in a lot of ways it is easier to use than Turbo-Tax. A big mistake letting folks like me wander off the reservation.
What's great about it: Ease of 1099B input.

Easy, no worries!

This is really easy to use and seems to cover everything. I like that you can quit and come back later to finish.
What's great about it: covers everything and then some; user friendly
What's not so great: not super clear on how to go back and fix mistakes

Lots of my 1099-Misc were lacking all the info required which made the review tricky.

Turbo Tax is a must-have tool to complete your income tax return. * run a small business, and this software is awesome and easy to use. You can "flag" where you left off, and return to that same section with this feature. Overall highly recommend it.

I have used Turbo for years for my business and personnel taxes. They continue to meet all my requirements. Easy to use and file. Has helped me when necessary with the drop down menus for help.
What's great about it: Easy to follow guideline and walkthroughs
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The government has made it near impossible to do your own taxes unless they're pretty basic, but TurboTax helps put stepping stones in the muck you have to slog through. Unfortunately, one must go back and forth trying to figure out what is needed sometimes, and that's when things can get dicey. Good idea to have a Home & Business Deluxe version so that the odd details and questions can be answered by a live body, so you don't find yourself caught in a maze with no exit...loops...
What's great about it: moves right along on the straight forward information gathering
What's not so great: difficult going back & forth to verify or make alterations
