Consistently a great product

If you have a complex trust, or business accounting, you can not find what you need in the Mac version. You have to have a PC/windows platform. For personal taxes, it is great!
What's great about it: Interviewing questions help to figure out what you need to fill out.
What's not so great: Doesn't cover everything in multiple platforms

Best Way to File

Customer Service was beyond excellent. Had trouble with one form, customer service person worked with me for over two hours and we came up with a solution that worked. That is what customer service is about. A lot of other companies should be more like Turbo Tax.

Love it and will use it until my business outgrows my ability to cover everything tax-wise myself.
What's great about it: Easy to understand or follow up on with explanations provided.
What's not so great: Review sometimes states missed info without context question.

Easy and excellent

Overall very easy to use, enter data, check and make sure that all is OK. I question the calculations on the taxable social security that we received. When I worked it out manually I came up with a different amount. I filed what TT calculated.
What's great about it: Trasfered data from financial institutions and last years very quickly and easily. Step by Step works great
What's not so great: I question the calculations for SS taxable amounts
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Got it done again!

Took me 12 attempts to make payment for state e-file to get paid. The password change process just did not work well. Fast to get me to Intuit but my new e-mail password did not work 11 times.
What's great about it: Entry of data worked great
What's not so great: Account management through Intuit did not work well
