What's great about it: Simple steps
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

The Good & the Bad

As you enter information, the page gets long and the bottom is off screen. The continue button at the bottom. It should be at the top of the page so that you do not have to scroll the page down to access the continue button.
What's great about it: The walk through was great.
What's not so great: The placement of the continue button

No Pain!

Great way to do your own taxes, you don't have to know tax laws, everything is taken care of for you. Simply answer the questions and your through it before you know it!! Nice to have help if you do have a question.
What's great about it: Easy to use, not complicated.

HORRIBLE!!!

What's great about it: Mostly worked well until I decided to change an UN-FILED State Return
What's not so great: This software simply will NOT allow me to change an UN-FILED State Return from apply refund to next year to refund now.

Gets Easier Every Year

I've used Turbo tax for over 14 years. It get easier to work with every year. I will continue to use it in years to come.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything I needed to do
What's not so great: Didn't quite understand why some deductions were less that last year

Great software

I have used Turbo Tax Home and Business for years. It is very easy to use, and walks you through all the steps you have to take. I have a pretty complicated return and have never felt like I didn't get all of the deductions I was entitled to.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: None
