HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND BUSINESS TAXES FOR MANY YEARS. TAXES ARE NEVER FUN BUT TURBO TAX MAKE THE JOB EASIER.
What's great about it: EASY AND DETAILED
What's not so great: CAN'T THINK OF ANY

Have been a Turbo Tax user for more than ten years and have never had any problems from the IRS, or worries that I haven't gotten the best advice for my situation.
What's great about it: Walks you through and explains things on the way
What's not so great: Some questions are confusing even with an explanation, but not many

It seemed to me that the software didn't always move the information to the proper forms. I was continuely checking to make sure that everything went where it was suppose to go.
I much prefer to use the Deluxe Software Package, but not all the necessary forms that I need come with that package anymore which brings me to another question. I was suppose to be reimbursed for having to buy a second package last season.
I talked to someone at intuit and they said I would receive a credit when I filed my taxes this year. I am in the process of filing it now, but nothing as come up giving me a credit up to this point.

Always easy with TurboTax

This is about the tenth year I have used TurboTax. I have not considered any other options. They get it right, and the process is pretty easy.
What's great about it: Option for entering on your own or guided
What's not so great: They can't make IRS regulations easier
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not As Clear as it Used to Be

Still a great overall filing system. Just wish they had explained better what they wanted and where to find information on forms - especially when referring to tax forms from the previous year.

Good easy to work on with step by step. Maximum return when comparison to other Tax Software companies.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand and finish my return in 2 hours
What's not so great: Audit Defense has too much problem to make payments
