When using Turbotax directly from Intuit, good

What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: file wasnt saved causing me lots of trouble
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Absolutely amazing and useful tool. TurboTax and Quicken have enabled us to manage our own business in an efficient, exact, and affordable manner.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Liked the old calculator function embedded in the cell

I had cancer in 2014-treatment 2015. Consequently, did not file my 2014 taxes on time. Turbo Tax helped me download the forms when I was finally feeling up to it, and guided me through filing without the fear that I had been feeling -- not from cancer, but from the taxes! Best thing I ever invested in.

Last time I will be using TurboTax

After using TurboTax for 20 years I'll have to convert to another system. It will not run on Windows XP after 2015.
What's great about it: Worked great for 2015
What's not so great: Not compatible for 2016
