Easy to use

I find Turbotax easy to use. Questions asked are straightforward and "learn more" help makes entering data idiot proof.
What's great about it: Ease of entry of information and check forms
What's not so great: No cons, I'm a Turbotax user for at least 20 years

Survived Another Year

I decided many years ago to start doing our returns myself. I chose TurboTax then and have used it every year since. The straightforward way it leads you through the return is great and e-filing is safe and efficient. Once done...I put the IRS out of my mind for another year.
What's great about it: Simple language and questions that lead you through return.
What's not so great: Having to even do it !

Nice Job with taxes

Overall the program was great as always. However I had some problems with inputing my wife's partnership business. I thought it should have been a part of the home business section. She has a home office as part of the partnership and it was confusing as to where the home office expenses ( including house expenses and depreciation) should be included. I thought that in the Business Income section the partnership K-1 form should have been included along with the other incomes such as 1099-MISC.
What's great about it: Good step by step for the most part
What's not so great: A little confusing for a partnership business

Worked as expected

I like the overall package and found it easy to use. If needed, I could start/stop and review my progress.
One problem area was trying to get a W-2 entered from an employer based in Canada. I couldn't get the "state" and ZIPcode to take. This should be reviewed.
What's great about it: Easy to use and review if needed.
What's not so great: Some problems with foreign W-2s

Frustrartion-E-return

Aftre expending alot time and learning..the software was not recieving my Routing number even do I use exactly the same as previous 5 years. I could not more from taht step.. so I decice to file for a Mail check. FUSTRATION AT last time

7th Consecutive Year with TT

The first 5 years we used TurboTax, we each received a W-2. The last two years I've had a retirement distribution and became self employed. It just keeps getting easier, even with applying income and expense deductions for my business. Outstanding
