Corrections!

Was happy with the review portion...must have been so tired when entering data as I had to make several corrections. Felt like someone was double checking my work...awesome!
What's great about it: Took me directly where I need to correct entries.

getting it done on time

Have used TurboTax every year and one great feature is how it imports all the personal data. Find importing of data to be seamless with institutions that I am associated with. The best feature is the ease of getting the STATE taxes prepared simultaneously. A time saver is to electronically file on the secure link.
What's great about it: use the interview mode to make sure all covered.
What's not so great: not like the constant checking and rechecking at very end.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall excellent. One area of difficulty is reviewing previous work. The section revisited comes up blank as though you're there for the first time and the questions must be answered again. It would be better if the previous information entered remained and you have the option of deleting or changing.
What's great about it: Well organized and easy to follow
What's not so great: Reviewing return glitches

Got Better This Year
on March 12, 2016

I've been using Tax Cut from 2000 to 2013, but I had to switch to TurboTax when I incorporated an LLC. I like this better -- the questions usually come with Examples or What's this? Why? -- making it much more user-friendly.
What's great about it: Detailed questions, quite good help center (online Q&A)
What's not so great: Can't edit all the fields in all the forms

Made it so easy!

I've been using TurboTax for more than 10 years and I've always been satisfied. This year I had to use the home and business edition for the first time, and it was still easy.
What's great about it: Made it easy to handle my freedom tax (Obamacare) and my brief stint driving for Uber & Lyft.
What's not so great: Can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Dependable as always

TurboTax is awesome for 98% of situations; I love being able to do my own taxes. Only issue is some gray areas, like AMT or California "tax differences" Turbo Tax doesn't really guide, it just allows you to enter a value. (A lay person doesn't know how to arrive at that value without a ton of offline research - which TurboTax should have done.)
What's great about it: Guides through obscurity/ambiguity
What's not so great: Too many questions like "Adjustments for state?" TurboTax should know...
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved
