Mostly Good

ItsDeductible is a clunker. It use to be clean and easy to work with now, it has been improved and it is slow, not intuitive and a general pain to use. It wasn't broke. Leave it alone. It is horrible now.
What's great about it: Familiar - used for years
What's not so great: ItsDeductible

Great Job!

There were some questions i did not understand on my state taxes in particular but I managed to get through it all. Thanks for the assistance.
What's great about it: Pretty thorough
What's not so great: Takes long to get some questions answered. Better explanations on a few things would help.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Gave Me Confidence but was still hard work

TT has an impressive and exhaustive list of IRS forms, which it fills out itself based on data input. What a relief not to have to do all that by hand. Good, concise explanations, but in the end, you have to do your own homework and double-check that you know what you're doing.
I did have some concerns about the treatment of foreign earned income. It required a fair amount of research on my own. Still, all in all a million times better than plodding through all those IRS texts and filling out all the forms.
What's great about it: Exhaustive list of forms, clear instructions
What's not so great: Difficult to go back and update figures on some forms

Good, Comprehensive

I have used TurboTax for many years. For the last 10 years I have used it to complete Schedule C for a small business and Schedule F for a farm. It has proven equally dependable for those purposes as well as my "regular" tax needs.
What's great about it: Covers all the bases.
What's not so great: Difficult to find individual entries that are marked estimated.

You program is great.
However when I "thought" I filed electronically I DID NOT.
Just discovered this on 12/18/15. Now I am in deep trouble with the IRS and State.
Perhaps a flashing red flag comes up to warn older people like myself we did not finish the process. I swear I saw a something from Tubor on my screen that said my return was sent.
I guess not.
All these other questions are unnecessary and serve only your interests, not mine.

Please create an option to enter data through the question summary or tabs at top whereby you can skip to the data entry portion, instead of answering all of the questions that were previously asked.
What's great about it: I like the dual option of forms or questions
What's not so great: If you data entry or adjust numbers, you have to answer a bunch of questions that were previously answered.
