Very Satisfied

Very easy to use. Any questions I had were answered through the help section. Updates were quick and printed forms were complete with easy instructions on how to file. Overall I rank 9.5 out of 10.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Simple explanation for all questions I had
What's not so great: Had a hiccup in loading file from CD, had to repeat twice.

Have used Turbo tax for years with no issues. When filing 2016 taxes we will encounter the 70.5 retirement rule - hope Turbo tax accounts for this issue.

Great learning!

This is the first time I have used TurboTax and I learned so much about the various tax items, and ways to start saving for 2016. It has great resources so that you can begin recording and keeping track of stuff early, rather than having to go back and do a lot of research.
It would be awesome if there was a tracking worksheet/tool that was created after filing this year's taxes, based on what was submitted/claimed, that could be used for the coming year and then that information could be imported into taxes next year.
What's great about it: Information available for each tax area easily available
What's not so great: trying to e-file kept getting error message
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy New Business filing!

I have always used TTax for my taxes. This year we had a new business start-up but have not had income with it yet. I was worried about knowing how to file to reflect that. It was so easy!

Just as easy as it always is. Actually it seems better. And it's nice not to pay for filing state tax
