Saved me time and effort.

Overall, an outstanding experience.
What's great about it: Automatic calculations for deductions and credits.
What's not so great: Some confusion for 1099-MISC between business and personal income.

Smooth process

The phone assistant was so helpful; such a relief. The navigation to a few areas that I've never have problems working though in years past was a bit frustrating this year; however the quick phone assistance with a rep. resolved my frustration.
What's great about it: thorough & Phone assistance is awesome
What's not so great: Some of the navigating this year was difficult.

Awesomely easy refund

What's great about it: They take you thru step by step and tell you what adjustments to make at the end
What's not so great: Depending on your return it can take a little while.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Slammed My Refund

A completely effective utility. There were no uninterpretable or difficult to use aspects. I have been a Turbo Tax user for more that 20 years, will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: Everything was understandable and easy to use
What's not so great: No negative aspects were noted

Too Easy

I like that it is really easy to file, specially as a small business owner, I can 't afford an accountant.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: State Refund needs a little work.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
