one page chek out would help

This is the first time Im using the turbo tax , like how , it's step by step. the problem is checking out and the up dating slows down the program to much. The check out should be one page with all info what your paying for and the ending of the program when it is filed and paid.
What's great about it: easy step by step
What's not so great: the check out isnt easy dont really know if your done

Headaches

Tax Home and Business for Mac.
Same problems as previous years. Always looking for updates which take forever and when it's time to e-file, wants an update that doesn't exist. Yes, and I spent too long looking at help forums and such. Big pain. I noticed that this problem has been asked and answered repeatedly for years. Why not just fix the bug? And, moreover, there are too many bugs and far too many questions as to how to make it work correctly.
What's great about it: Simplifies the return process.
What's not so great: Complexity of updates and e-filing

Turbo tax fees

I really like Turbo tax but with the fees they keep adding I'm thinking of changing to something else.

Easy and almost perfect

I love Turbotax and have used it for many years. It's just like the software my CPA used to lead me through on her computer, but its more user-friendly and MUCH less expensive.
The only complaint I have is that, when you're finished with a section, the TT software throws you back to the top of the page again and makes you scroll back down EVERY TIME. That headache is worth it, though. Turbotax makes filing a return so simple, and with e-file and direct deposit, we get out refund super quick!
What's great about it: Leads you through the whole thing and answers questions you have along the way
What's not so great: Makes you scroll a lot

What's great about it: Hard to mess up with Turbo and all the extra help and info close to where and when you need it.
What's not so great: Have been using it 20 yrs so drop my price in 1/2?

Easy and Cost Effective

I've been using TurboTax for a number of years and it keeps getting better. It is the most cost-effective and least time consuming way to do my taxes! It use to take me days learning all the latest tax info, now I can do my taxes in one day!
What's great about it: Makes the complexity of taxes a lot easier to understand
What's not so great: Still some questions are a bit confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
