Been using this product or one of its predecessors since it was first introduced as MacInTax I forget how many years ago. This version was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences ever.

I like using it! There were some parts of the software that weren't obvious. For example: When I had bonds that were non-taxable and tried to figure out how to record them to show that ... it took several attempts of trying different combinations before I could figure out how to make the software show that the Bonds were indeed non-taxable.
I wish when you complete one section of information that the software would stop jumping to the beginning sections again. I would prefer for it to just allow me to go to the next section.
What's great about it: Mostly simple to use
What's not so great: Multiple places to put the same information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had trouble. Got 70001 error message when I tried to launch TurboTax. Spent 2 hours on phone with help desk and they finally had me uninstall the program and re-install. That solved that problem. Also, the program was non-responsive on a recurring basis. This happened about every four or five couple of minutes. It would finally respond after a delay of 15-20 seconds. Inconvenient.
What's great about it: Very good and thorough program. Ease to use.
What's not so great: See problems below.

So EASY

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years.
This year with my retirement , use of Covered California Insurance, and the wife's Self Employment, I was dreading this year's task. Turbo Tax Home and Business made it a breeze. Especially the ability to see what effect different IRA contributions actually made to my total tax bill.
Could not have done this by myself without Turbo Tax!!!

What's great about it: Quick and easy input of data - ability to see effect of several different IRA amounts
What's not so great: Did not transfer all necessary info form previous returns -

2015 TT Better than Ever!

I really appreciate the ability to import our financial data from our two financial management institutions, and the ease in completing Schedule C for my wife's consulting business.
What's great about it: The guidance through the maze of questions was easy to follow; it just seemed easier than ever to complete my returns.
