Quality Declined

I've used Turbo Taxes for over 10 years and am a CPA. The quality and performance of 2015 Turbo Tax Home Business for an Apple computer has significantly declined over prior years. The updates caused major problems and required deleting the app and re-installing the app, only to lose all data and have to start over entering data. The data transfer from the prior year was spotty at best and it took far more time to enter data. Moving from one section to another was slow. As usual, Turbo Tax is very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy-to-use
What's not so great: Software Updates Poor

TurboTax 2015 Business

TurboTax makes filing a return easy. However, I would like for the Business edition to address the "Home Office" location issue. My home office is not located in my home, however, I could find no opportunity to make this known. I have a separate building on the same property as my home. Questions regarding the location of my office were not easy to answer as they do not address the separate building issue. Would like for this to be addressed next year.
What's great about it: Simple to use - very few questions
What's not so great: Does not fully address the 'Home Office" NOT located in your home but in a separate structure at the same address.

Only had to use help twice

I've been using TurboTax for over ten years and recommend it to people who also seem to like it after they use it.
What's great about it: The step by step procedure makes sure you don't overlook anything.
What's not so great: Nothing serious couldn't figure out how to edit entry reveiw didn't like, the answer came right up under Help.

Turbo Charges My Tax Prep!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It's made preparing my tax returns pretty much a breeze. Especially like the Schedule C as I have a small business so I'm glad the Turbo Tax folks decided to put it back into the Home version. Got a nasty shock last year when I found it wasn't there but TT rectified omission with an update that year and that was satisfactory to me. Bottom line - excellent tax prep application.
What's great about it: Does all the "hard stuff"; easy input; easy to change, add, delete; user friendly menus
What's not so great: Update at startup always locked up my computer. Could only update after opening Turbo Tax.

Had a major problem

In previous years, using Turbo Tax was simple, and did not take long to do so.
This year, after entering all the details on the sales of stock, and AFTER I printed my return, I see where everything was duplicated!
Also, in entering the details on my 1099 MISC, after entering all the information once and moving on, eventually a screen came up saying I had not listed all the information for two of the 1099's. So, I completed the prompts on the screen and it ended up that those entries were doubled in the final tabulation. I am STILL not certain I got it corrected.
I ma extremely upset about what appears to be some MAJOR problems filing my taxes this year, and I believe Turbo Tax has COST ME MONEY because of this messed up situation.
I am VERY unhappy.
What's great about it: NOTHING THIS YEAR
What's not so great: Took over 16 hours
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Great Technical Support

This morning I couldn't find where the worksheets were for my entries. I left a call back number and within a short time got a call back and the best tech support I've ever gotten online. The person on the phone was able to help me download my version of Turbotax and save my data to be entered automatically. This included uninstalling and reinstalling which he was able to walk me through. Thank you very much!
