Long Time Turbo Tax User

What's great about it: Very easy to use. I've been using Turbo Tax for 17 years and they keep improving it. I highly recommend it.
What's not so great: I do not like the limit of 5 e-files. I wish I at least the option to e-file additional returns for a fee.

Great refund

This was not the first year I have used TurboTax so I had a good idea what information was required. Throughout the year I had made every effort to collect and save all the figures for income and deductable expenses. Putting these figures into the TurboTax forms was a piece of cake.
I recommend TurboTax to any one that has a computer and a desire to save money.

What's great about it: I was directed to the informatioin I needed at the right time.
What's not so great: I made one mistake and it told me what it was; it was easily corrected

Great for Retiree with Small Business

Very easy to use this version of Turbo Tax in that I am retired and have a small business and my spouse has a small business. Like step by step process plus gives me idea on how to set up spread sheet to keep track of business expenses for next year.
What's great about it: Great for putting together business expenses

Use online vs. CD

I like using Turbo Tax for straightforward interview questions.
This time I bought CD thinking that it would easily link to prior Turbo Tax online return; but does not making it clunky and inconvenient and limited to one computer.
Also, at time of payment it has surprising additional fees for state e-filing that thought was already included.
When using online questions, was hard to find matching answers. However live customer support was very helpful.
What's great about it: Like questions & user interface
What's not so great: CD does not link with online (as anticipated), Addition e-file fees

Fast and Easy

Easy to follow the 'Walk me through', doing returns with Turbo Tax is fast. Would be impossible to do all this by hand. Thank you for this fantastic software.
What's great about it: Fast and easy. Saving as a PDF very helpful. Business section is excellent; helped me find more deductions.
What's not so great: Need to expand on the 'more Info' link for non-qualified 1099-R, give a detailed list of what doens't qualify.
