Getting Better All The TIme

The only thing I would like to see changed is the state processing. I would like to pay for one state complete when I purchase the software, no additional electronic filing fees.
The software itself works great.
What's great about it: Very easy process for an accurate return.
What's not so great: None noted

What's great about it: It is the best way I have found to complete my taxes
What's not so great: It should be easy to see your return as it would be printed and make any additions or changes as necessary

using a lap top, when a topic is complete and we see the full section of topics completed, or still to complete, that page grows so long that scrolling becomes un-handy and annoying.
Perhaps, condense the view....remove blank areas or dwarf them to place topics closer and try to stay to one screen view height.

What's great about it: asks plenty of questions...a good thing
What's not so great: the sectionpage gets too long...too much scrolling

2015 tax

This has taken as much time as last year. So, this edition is no better, no worse than last year.
What's great about it: Could get over it (though my situation is complicated)
What's not so great: I have been struggling on foreign tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

All the right questions!

Fairly quick and easy to follow. I have used TurboTax for more than ten years, and think that it is better than what I used before that.
What's great about it: I enjoyed being "walked through" everything.
What's not so great: I don't think that there was anything that I couldn't answer.

Very Disappointed!

I used a turbo tax cd last year and thought it was pretty great. This year I bought the new CD, put it in the same computer and could not get my information to transfer over. It was ridiculous and wasted a lot of time I thought would be saved. I also thought it was much for confusing and less helpful this year. It had a spot to put retirement contributions, but then I couldn't access anywhere to put my type since I didn't have an IRA. It didn't match up to the directions. Also, asked if you had "this" or "that" and to put amount in. When I did, it separated it and put the amount under the "this" instead of "that" where it should have gone. I tried forever to get it out of the one and into the other, but it didn't work. I think that they have some technical issues and need to revise some things.
What's great about it: reasonably priced and sort of walk you through it.
What's not so great: Very confusing and couldn't fix things put in wrong
