I did not like that error messages not coming up until it was time to print and efile regarding employer name W2 employer name when all other earlier checks said that everything was fine.

Washington State Income Tax vs. Income Tax Return

In the section for selecting state tax returns, you make the comment that Washington state does not have an income tax. This statement is not correct. Washington has a state income tax that is deducted from wage income by the employer and is deductible on Schedule A line 5a. For some employees it is a larger deduction than the WA sales tax deduction.
Washington state, however, does not have an income tax return for individuals to file. Listing Schedule A vehicle registration fees as deductible is not a taxpayer customer friendly approach by not stating up front "vehicle registration fees based on vehicle value" instead of including this detail in a search for additional information.

easy and fast, loved it.

Everything was easy and very fast, I loved that. Once I worked out my own recites that actually took much longer then filling out turbo tax. the only thing I could not find is were to file all the info for our lease car used for business, down payment and auto repairs as well as the gas used during the year for business, in prior years I didn't have a problem finding that. I come back year after year to use turbo tax because it is very workable and I still can do it on our own just as well as an accountant. And we got a refund and I'm very happy with that. Thank you TurboTax for making my life easier once again.
What's great about it: every thing went great for the most part
What's not so great: couldnt find a clear place were the auto stuff goes

Tax experience

If one does their own taxes it's the only way to go. Easy to use and navigate. Ability to search and ask questions is great. I feel very comfortable preparing my taxes with this product.
What's great about it: Love Turbo tax. Very easy to navigate.
What's not so great: None.

Very Good - Add Tuitorials

Need some instructional materials to allow users to perform specific actions without risk of mistake. E.g., need to highlight ability to access and print specific worksheets; useful when questioning a result. Also need to provide guidance on how to approach return prep accessing from a disc as opposed to working on line. A two or three screen tutorial to read initially and then refer to while preparing the return would be useful.
What's great about it: Sound, logical system
What's not so great: Some specific actions not apparent/intuitive

It would be helpful to also have comments on the percentage to income would be less likely to audit for deductions for personal and business expenses rather than just have an overview at the end of your possibility of an audit.
What's great about it: Seemed like for the 2015 tax the program entries were easier to follow and better explanations
What's not so great: Nothing really popped out as hard to understand or what to enter
