could not print my return

I seemed to have qualified for the State Earned Income, but it said it did not and did not give me a reason it just put what makes you qualify and when i looked at it i think i qualified. could not print my returns when i was finished I had to do it form by form, tried many times , it asked me to choose and then it would not print.
What's great about it: did ok with filing
What's not so great: although i seemed to have qualified for State Earned Income it said i did not. Also would not print my returns.

Would prefer a way to go immediately to any schedules I needed to update. hard to know where some where except to go thru the answer and question process. Overall, a very good product and easy to use.
What's great about it: Very informative and easy to use
What's not so great: Need a better way to get back to specific forms for updating
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Might be worth it

The cost of the software may not be worth it compared to other software. Some parts are frustrating like the cumbersome integrated "Its Deductible" and redundant questions about banking information that you have to put in twice for each return. It should know what account you put in and ask you if you want to use the same one or change to a different one. It is better than trying to do this in paper though. Just wonder if there is something better
What's great about it: Better than paper
What's not so great: Some parts are not easy to understand and redundant Qs

All electronic filing shouldn't require fees. It should be included in the already expensive software. TaxACT for me next year. State filing might not be free, but it'll be cheaper than the based cost TurboTax Home & Business software.
What's great about it: Easy to setup
What's not so great: State filing isn't included

In the income section there is no clear indication of where to classify income from NYPD pension, unlike there is a clear box marked for income from variable supplement income.
What's great about it: Easy transfer of last years information
What's not so great: Some sections a little confusing

Been using Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy to use but still requires patience and knowledge on advanced topics like K-1 and related forms flow.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not everything flows automatically from data entry forms
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I am self-employed and was not sure how to answer a couple of the questions asked about the business.
What's great about it: Beats the cost of a CPA
What's not so great: Not always 100% sure I was answering questions correctly.
