Wonderful Experience

Have always done my returns by hand. I was stupid
What's great about it: So easy a monkey could do it!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Used it for years, but in earlier versions it was much more decisive and easier to get into an area. Still beats paper and pencil -
What's great about it: input style, integration internally

I use Turbo Tax every year, and have for 10 or more years. The way it takes you step by step through every possible addition or subtraction is easy and understandable.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, and comprehensive.

Long Time TurboTax User

I'm a long-time user of TurboTax and have seen Intuit continue to improve this product over the years. I do my 4 kids taxes using TurboTax along with my personal taxes. It can handle just about any scenario our family has (i.e. rentals, IRAs, social security income, K-1s, S-Corp, etc.).
What's great about it: Ease of use; online help is really helpful

Great program for filing taxes, easy step by step process but I sure do not like the price or the continuous purchase of the program. each year you should be able to get a discount.
What's great about it: ease of use, get all deductions needed
What's not so great: Price, Price, Price
