Turbotax rocks

Have used Turbotax for well over a decade and the last 3 years the software was slow at start up. However, this year, it seems to be a bit quicker through each section which is better than the recent past.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Still doesn't handle PTP very well despite buying the Home & Business version.

Slightly Disappointed

All the steps were fast and easy. Everything went smoothly until I needed to get my AGI from my 2014 return. I only needed this since my pin would not populate. The website said my info did not match witch it did (I toggled the two screens). No matter what I did I could not generate my 2014 returns to no avail. It took way too long to bypass and gave my otherwise flawless process a serious downturn. I did my 2014 taxes with Turbo tax so there is no reason why that info did not populate. Please fix this matter.
What's great about it: Fast Easy and Straight to the Point
What's not so great: Difficult to review last years return

Better than competition..

Still not as friendly feeling as some of the competitors however they seem more comprehensive in details and questions.
Ever since I switched from H&R Block some years ago I occasionally get frustrated with the interface, but I always feel secure with my return.
What's great about it: Seems to be comprehensive, Still better than competition.
What's not so great: State return no longer free, less maneuverable.

Terrific Time-Saver!

I love TurboTax almost as much as I love QuickBooks! Paid a fraction of the cost I would have paid had I gone to a tax preparer, and spent a mere fraction of the time I would have spent had I done it by hand. Support is there for you if you need it, but you must be patient. A great experience!!
What's great about it: user-friendly software, shows last year's #s, professional results, no need to figure out which forms use
What's not so great: loooooong phone support wait time, issues with ItsDeductible

Superb Tax Program

I have used TurboTax for many years and have never had any issues with errors. My returns have always been accepted and paid promptly. The checks and balances in the program do a great job of alerting me of errors and help me to correct them.
What's great about it: Thorough, Strong Aids
What's not so great: Home office deductions spaced out a bit. Have to jump around.
