errors

turbo tax found error that would not allow me to file CA state. error say that return has withholding that it does not support other than 1099 , W-2 forms.. etc. I can't find such a "withholding from any other source . I went thru my return several times . with no solution to fix. It stated I had to file via mail. i wish I could copy and paste but it would not allow

This is my 10th consecutive year of using your Home and Business software. Obviously if I were not satisfied, I would not continue to purchase it.
Good product!
What's great about it: Covers all aspects of a small business owner.
What's not so great: Nothing substantial.

This was the easiest year to file in over five years. The directions were very easy to follow, and covered every aspect of our filing needs. Particularly liked the search window.

Great guidelines

A section on the iPad had 'option' which I clicked and now can't go forward or backwards. Had to return to my PC to complete tax forms.
What's great about it: help lists
What's not so great: difficult to coordinate between PC and iPad
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been a Turbotax user for 30 years- If you start early and
have your information at hand, Turbot Tax helps you to go through an otherwise laborious process with efficiency and insight. The program keeps you on track and out of trouble.
Not a no brainer, but a great asset for your brain.

Good product, easier last time

I have used this product a number of years. I find to be user friendly. I did have difficultly making corrections and being confident I was entering some business information in the correct spot. But, I have no problem recommending. See you next year!
What's great about it: Self directed links are wonderful. Nice flow and easy to read
What's not so great: I found it difficult to get back to some of the places I had entered information. It would return me to the summary easy
