What's great about it: Better than going to those Tax offices that use this program anyway!

Taxes Made Easy

I have really no complaints about the software. It is very easy and straight forward to use.
What's great about it: Really easy to follow and use. Lots of directions
What's not so great: Should have a checklist up front of items needed

I can't imagine a tax year without Turbo Tax. We're partners for life.

Turbo Tax helps me with filing my business, depreciation, SE taxes all that good stuff. It has lots of details, sometimes too many. I will use it again next year!
What's great about it: good detailed questions
What's not so great: typical taxes stuff....sometimes hard to find info.

Great Product

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years. My return seems to get more complicated over time but I am still able to complete the task in the comfort and privacy of my own home with the help of Turbo Tax. If you purchase the correct version and walk through every step of the interview your taxes will be done accurately and filed easily. For the first time this year I needed to contact TurboTax about an entry. The people I spoke with were courteous and thorough. They had tax experts to consult and were able to promptly find the answer to my question.
What's great about it: Interview process is easy to follow and catches all income and deductions.
What's not so great: It costs more every year.

This is the easiest way for me to do my taxes. Instead of slaving over it for 2 or 3 weeks just 2 or 3 days of 2 hours each does it.
What's great about it: I like the walk through method, it helps me think about everything.
What's not so great: No help for the local taxes like last year.

I've used turbotax for many years and have never been disappointed. I considered going to a CPA this year but didn't have to as turbotax performed flawlessly.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, comprehensive
What's not so great: none
