Easy

I have used TurboTax since it came out. I love it.
What's great about it: Has almost everything you need to make doing taxes easy.
What's not so great: Schedule K-1 did not match my form and was hard to fill out.

Great Results Over Time

I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years both as personal and sole proprietorship. It is self explanatory and the instructions will not let you miss any steps. Have never been audited due to the intricate details within the program. Will always be a super fan of Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is so very easy to use. Just follow the instructions and you will be done before you realize it.
What's not so great: There are none!

Big refund

I love doing my taxes on TurboTax, since I like knowing exactly what is happening with my finances. I am always worried about if I made a mistake or not, especially with my non-traditional income, but I feel confident in the clear instructions that TurboTax provides.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, doesn't take too long
What's not so great: Always a bit worried if there's a mistake

Always Use It

I have used TurboTax for about 20 years. I used to have an accountant do it. But, I the program has gotten better and more sophisticated over the years. Although I have a complicated return with rental properties and millions in investments, TurboTax works cleanly and I have complete faith in the output.
What's great about it: A high school graduate can do a complicated return
What's not so great: Have yo know at least how to use a computer

Excellent, Thorough and detailed as needed

Used another tax program several years ago but it kept steering me to their tax preparers so I switched to TurboTax and never looked back. Their system is efficient, well written and thorough without being wordy.
What's great about it: Well written questions and easy to follow path through taxes
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Tax impaired

I've been using TurboTax for about 10 years. This year was the easiest to use. Help boxes have really tiny printing and difficult to read. I would like to see more info in those boxes rather than referring you to the community or an advisor.
What's great about it: Easy to use - even over last year's application
What's not so great: Help boxes printing is too small

Very simple to use

Love TurboTax. It walks you through every step and offers explanations if you don't understand something. Wouldn't use anything else!!!
What's great about it: Very Intuitive, easy to use and walks you through every step

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
