I been using TurboTax since 1999 and getting harder to use
it was a lot better 5 or 6 years ago.

What's great about it: it was set up to use with little help from any one.
What's not so great: It needs to be easer to go back to where you want to go, or go foward to any place you want

Using this software each year makes taxes very easy. Turbo tax uses your previous information to fill in standard info. this makes the process fast and simple
