Made it so easy!

I really prefer using TurboTax
What's great about it: I'm not a numbers person, but the manner in which TurboTax guided me through everything, it was fairly easy to do
What's not so great: None I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for 15 yrs and once again a TOP SHELF product. I highly recommend it.

The Best!

This year was different because I got a 1099-C for cancelled debt. I couldn't e-file because of that, so I had to get the desktop version. Having never done this before, I called the Intuit CPAs to walk me through the process. After two tries, we got it right. I appreciate their patience and competency. I love TurboTax and have used them since the late 1990's. Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: Makes Filing Easier
What's not so great: Need to Update Filing Certain Forms Online

Excellent Refund

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it is the simplest program to use wether you are a first time user or experienced. It allows you to go through each section or you can choose the ones you want. They have great explanations for each category with examples. Thank you Turbo Tax for making it so the everyday person can file taxes knowing they are getting the largest refund possible and most importantly accurate.
What's great about it: goes through the process step by step so you get the best refund
What's not so great: none
