Easy (as always)

I've been using TurboTax since the 90's. This year took less than two hours total time. Most of the time was spent entering donation information. Everything was listed out in a logical fashion, so there were no problems.
What's great about it: Direct Step Through of Topics
What's not so great: So Many Options

Efficient

Efficient in organizing and collecting the inputs. Easy and inexpensive to file. No calculation errors! User for so many years that I can not remember when I started using the program. Recommend it to everyone for years.
What's great about it: Efficient, easy and accurate.
What's not so great: Completely satisfied!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy Enough!

You need to provide a sidebar area with quick links to go back and edit information in things like your personal profile, and business profile. Finding my way back to those items took me a while to figure out. Other than that the product is really pretty great!
What's great about it: Step by step instructions make it so you can avoid mistakes
What's not so great: Going back and editing information is not as easy as it should be

Overall, I've been using Turbo Tax for use and find it really easy to us - as always. Great product!!
What's great about it: Loved having my hand held
What's not so great: Not a lot of flexibility to answer multiple entries from Joint Return

PROBLEM WITH MISSOURI RETURN

Difficult to figure out how to get help with a questions. Navigation is not as intuitive as it used to be
What's great about it: Step by step seems less cumbersome
What's not so great: could not calculate any of the complex mixed residency issues for the Missouri return./
