I've been using turbotax for 5 years and it is just the best, no reason to try another
What's great about it: Asks everything, gives feedback, affordable
What's not so great: none off the top of my head

Always Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for almost 10 years and it always makes my filing easier than doing it manually. It imports data electronically from almost all of my W2 and 1099 suppliers, so that minimizes my time and the chance for errors.
What's great about it: easy to use, download from internet, updated regularly
What's not so great: screen often requires scrolling down to advance, "walk me through" didn't see to work as well this year

Taxes are lot less effort and worry

I paid a lot more money using a tax preparer & did not understand anything about taxes. It has help use more deduction and better able to have all the information ready. Great Product

Lowest Refund ever

this was the most aggravating time consuming refund ever. I usually get it done for free. I will probably get it done that way next year my boyfriend got this for me.

Turbotax costs

I purchased the highest cost forms you had available, and still had to pay for efiling----I think these costs should be disclosed in the begining. I have used turbotax for over 10 years and I might be done.
What's great about it: Quick Service
What's not so great: High cost for efiling
