How TurboTax could/should be better

A user of MacInTax, then TurboTax for Mac, then TurboTax, I have used INTUIT's products for 30 years.
A BETA tester in the past, I am still disappointed in the lack of response to CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM of TurboTax.
Rather than write this all out here, I request that someone contact me who KNOWS TurboTax so that I can help improve that portion of a good program and changes it to an excellent program.
Some of the changes have NOT BEEN IMPROVEMENTS and as a former programmer, you need to LISTEN to those of us in the field who use TurboTax.
By the way, I am a Tax Return Preparer who works nearly exclusively with clients who are not native speakers of English, nor do they understand the concepts of individual income tax return calculations. Only about 40 countries in the world have an individual income tax.
What's great about it: Consistency
What's not so great: Consistency, even with the SAME ERRORS

Easiest Tax software i have ever used. Darn near elementary.

Taxes made extremely easy

I love that the questions are so easy that they are almost intuitive. I'm glad I switched back to using this product because I was constantly checking the IRS instruction manuals to understand the questions in a competitive tax prep package.
Now I can complete my taxes quickly, accurately, effortlessly and without the usual stress.
What's great about it: Simple

Add deleting feature

I have only one property for rent. Somehow the program listed two and asked to fill the e file for both. I could not erase the request of information for the not existing property. It was difficult to get the taxes filed because it kept asking me for information for the non existing property.
What's not so great: Could not erase second e file as if I had a second property

I BOUGHT THE TURBO TAX HOME AND BUSINESS THEN TURNED AROUND AND HAD TO PAY 60 MORE DOLLORS, NEXT YEAR ILL JUST GO TAKE THEM TO BE PREPAIRED
