Very thorough and accurate.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years now, and I'm always happy with how easy it is, and how thorough. It never lets me forget any deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions.
What's not so great: Hmmm. Liked it all.

Easy, accurate (I hope)

Next year my tax situation changes and may get VERY complex. I'll probably hire a tax attorney to do it next year. My previous 10 returns haven't been extensively complex eventhough I fired a Schecule C, and E.
What's great about it: Walks you through and pretty straight forward

So easy even my kids can do it!

I've been a TT customer for decades and it gets easier and more powerful each year! This year I had my 3 boys all do their own taxes for the first time and all I had to do was watch.
What's great about it: Clear, concise, with great informational background
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

I think TTis one of the BEST programs to date

I have used TT to do returns for the past 25 years and I still think it is one of the BEST tax return programs on the market!!!
What's great about it: Easy instructions and installation is a cinch
What's not so great: Should be abe to submit more than 5 returns at no extra cost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax has really done an outstanding job of making their program easy to use. Anyone can do their own taxes with Turbo tax.
