Glitches and bugs

I usually love turbo tax, but this year I had a real problem because my computer crashed from last year and they had no record of my prior return because I did it with a disk. So now I have to redo last year to make my carryovers match. Plus when I went back in to print I just get blank returns now!

Been using TurboTax for about 9 years. It's about the only thing in life that holds your hand and walks you through it.
What's great about it: Best, easiest version yet.
What's not so great: Help search results less useful than good ol' Google.

I have used Turbo Tax since the 1990s. It is a comprehensive program. The version I use makes it fairly easy to complete all aspects of our taxes including the self-employment income and expenses.
My only complaint is that it will frequently describe some tax situations as "not common." I find that some of the situations that are described as "not common" might not apply to the majority of people, but are certainly not rare.
What's great about it: Covers virtually all tax issues that may arise.
What's not so great: The help and explanations are not always thorough

Continue to use this program year after year. Transfer of previous years info, file info, etc without issue. Have not had a problem and feel confident in each transaction. Will continue with this product.
