Basically Very Good

I have filed my returns using Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. I find it simple to use and easy to follow their instructions. The only problem I have is the ability to print a page that is on the screen or a quick and simple way to print a completed form. There probably is a simple way. I just have not been able to find it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the directions.
What's not so great: Extremely difficult to print a page when I would like.

Overall great service, it's my second year and it is great.
What's great about it: Very helful software, I tried filing business with HR Block and they would not add my business expenses.
What's not so great: Searching for last year amounts and the updating the turbo tax is time consuming

best tax experience

like the software generally but program wants to check for updates every time I go to it. Since I live in the country side, don't have unlimited data plan so I'm paying additional monies to use the program every time it checks for updates. Would like some discount on Audit defense or state return cost because of the added cost I have to pay for my internet connection to get the updates. Maybe you could send a text notice that my software needs updating or wait to the e file screen to check for updates then to save a few coins.
What's great about it: easy to walk through

My Turbo Tax Return

I've used Turbo Tax for the last few years in preparing my taxes. The software is easy to use and the help tab usually addresses all my question. There were a few topics I had to look up on other web sites however, overall it's a great program.
What's great about it: Easy to use and support was helpful.
What's not so great: Some of the easy guide questions didn't get to the topics I needed and I had to search for them.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
