The hard part is gathering all your paperwork and you have to do that whether you use Turbo Tax or pay high $$$ for an Tax Consultant. The Tax Consultant asks for your numbers just like Turbo Tax and Turbo Tax costs a lot less. The IRS respects Turbo Tax users knowing their reliability. For me; I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

2015 Tax Returns

I've been using Turbo Tax for Home and Business for years and I've never been audited. It's easy and also allows me to help plan for the next year.
What's great about it: Step by Step seemed thorough and easy
What's not so great: Had problems understanding numbers generated by sale of business car.

I love using Turbo Tax. I can do the taxes both for myself and my small business without any issues. I save a ton not using a CPA like in years past.
What's great about it: Quick, checks over all the details

What's great about it: Ease of use. Option to manually select topics or let TurboTax guide you.
What's not so great: Price changes and feature changes. Change price but not the features of each module.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TurboTax still number one!

I've used TurboTax for 10+ years and it continues to to improve to make it easy to file taxes. Each year the program retrieves my personal data from prior years. This makes it even easier.
I will continue with this program.
What's great about it: easy to file, easy to fill.
What's not so great: none
