Taxes "Maid" Easy

Awesome and easy way to do anybody's taxes. This is definitely the way to go. Thanks, Turbo Tax--You rock my bank account with the best refunds I could get.
What's great about it: Loved the step-by-step easy way to do taxes with my home and small businesses receiving all tax credits.
What's not so great: A little time consuming waiting for an answer on question.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Worth Your Time

After paying an accountant hundreds of dollars, for many years, I have found that TurboTax is highly user-friendly, and has, in the two years I have used it, saved me more than I ever saved at tax time.
What's great about it: step by step handholding, almost
What's not so great: making changes to entered information seemed tedious, but could be that I did not understand a simpler method.

I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. It is simple to use. It is user friendly, very self explanatory.
What's great about it: Very Simple to use
What's not so great: N/A

TURBOTAX.FAX

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years and have always found it to be satisfacctory. Took a course With another supplier and found it to be not nearly as easy to follow
What's great about it: Slightly improved over previous versions. Just seemed easier to follow the guided approach
What's not so great: Could not get the import function to work .. had to enter data manually

Dropped data already entered.

I work on my return piecemeal, as opposed to entering all the data at one sitting. I always select "save this file" each time I enter some data. I completed and filed my return today, owing $561.00 in taxes. What I did not realize is that your sofware had "dropped" a major deduction that I had entered three weeks ago. So, instead of getting a $189 refund that I was entitled to, I am paying in an extra $561. I will now have to file an amended return later. I also noticed that certain answers to questions were also dropped. Very frustrating. An yes, I DID enter the data three weeks ago, as it was one of my main deductions.

2015 Tax returns with Turbo tax

Always worth the value paid to make sure ZI receive as much back as possible.
search feature sometimes didn't allow me to just go to the area I needed to go to in the file.
Would like Home and Business edition to include LLC or 1120-S forms as well. Have a very small business and mine are really just an extension of what a schedule C would be.

Turbo the way to GO

I have used Turbo Tax now for 10 years and it is better than a high priced CPA. Just keep your paperwork through the year open folder and enter. Simple....
