Easy Workthrough and Review

I have used Turbo Tax for years because it has always offered the easiest and clearest guide through the step by step inputs. The popup help boxes are helpful. The review process is easy and making corrections has gotten better every year. Even so, there has never been a problem with any of the my tax returns.
What's great about it: The step by step workthrough is excellent and easy to follow. Review for mistakes is effortless.
What's not so great: City reviews need more work.

Very Improved

The last few years I had to do on-line help with some complicated issues. Last year got very confusing as TurboTax was trying to do changes on their programming, esp in the area of having rental homes. THIS year, all those changes have been made. I was able to purchase the correct software this year and had no issues at all. Thank you, TurboTax team for making this function better this year.
What's great about it: I did not run into any questions or glitches at all this year! :o)
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have done my own tax filing for 50 years and have used turbo tax since it was a simple download to an Apple II. The system is so much more complicated now and so is my life but Turbo Tax makes it possible to file my own taxes without a CPA.
What's great about it: Detailed transfer of previous year's data. Step by step process.
What's not so great: Delayed access to on line file - probably IRS Failure

I had problems when I went to the personal section and was re-entering expense info I had already entered under business. Last year I was asked to fill in a blank in a window showing a form. It indicated a phone number was needed. I entered my phone number as an expense.

Better than Ever

Iʻve liked TurboTax ever since I started using it a few years ago. I have a small business that isnʻt too complicated and TurboTax provides everything I need to file. Iʻm sure thereʻs no way I could manage as good a refund if I prepared it all myself.
What's great about it: Fast, relatively easy, intuitive
What's not so great: Challenging to go back to something for review
