no storage

I made a mistake - thought i e filed and did not ... went back to get data once i figured that out and data was purged - no reminder from turbo tax either. My mistake but turbo tax could have saved the day

Last minute filer

I admit I live on the high wire, so I need a program that'll get me through the process quickly. I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and it does the job. Last year things took a turn, and I had a hard time getting the data I entered to actually appear on the return. I ran out of time and hit the send button, hoping for the best. This year, not as bad, but same story. I have 2 schedule C's and a surprising amount of the info was missing, even though I did the import from Quickbooks, another INTUIT product. Finding the preview and correct was a big guess, because the HELP didn't help. I've spent all day on this return, and it's 2 hours to due, so I've hit send, and I'm hoping for the best.
What's great about it: I can e-file !
What's not so great: Hard to see what the return looks like

2015 Home and Business Taxes

I love this program!! I have now used for 5 years and each year seems to get easier...even when things on my end get more difficult or complicated. I have been spreading the word to my friends and they are catching on!
What's great about it: extremely straight forward

Tax Return Software

This tax software is far superior to others I have used for those who itemize and have a home business. It leads you through the process, provides clear examples and further reference materials. It is easy to stop in mid-stream and resume, or to go back and review or modify previous entries. You end up very confident of the results.
What's great about it: Easy, lots of help/explanations

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and have turned several friends onto the service. Several hours spent on filling out income data, but only a fraction of what it use to take.

Tax filer

I like the home and business version. However tax filer needs to have a tax background to fully take advantage ot the software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step guidance, able to view forms if needed.
What's not so great: Not able to use foreign tax payment as a credit.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Good but some difficulty fixing errors

I find it easy to use and complete. I have been using it for years and am very pleased with it overall. In the 2015 version, I had problems fixing the errors and scrolling through the list of forums to find the ones needing fixing.
What's great about it: Easy to use and very complete
What's not so great: hd trouble fixing the errors
Pros: I bought or sold investments, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
