Make state a part of the purchase package - not extra.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years to do both our business & personal taxes. For the most part, I've found it a user friendly program that seems to capture all tax credits pretty well.
What's great about it: guidance
What's not so great: when I clicked on Help, blank screen showed up

DISAPPOITED THIS YEAR BY TURBOTAX HOME & BUSINESS

I have bragged about TurboTax, especially, the Home and Business version. I thought I saw it coming last year but then you actually blew it this year. Every new year should have brought some improvements, but this is not the case. Seems like a retrogression instead. Even though we know you have to work with the authorities but don't you also have to think about the ordinary users? I will check with my friends who use the other tax software.
What's great about it: I HAVE LOVED TURBO TAX HOME AND BUSINESS YEARS PAST, NOT THIS YEAR.
What's not so great: I MAY HAVE TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER TAX SOFTWARE NEXT YEAR.

Great software

I have been using TurboTax for years and am very comfortable with the software and find it easy to use. There are few surprises, and they deal with my personal lack of financial knowledge as opposed to something I don't understand about the software. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Takes me through step by step;easy to go back and edit;
