Very Easy to Use

This Tool is very helpful with my return...all help windows are useful and I can do it all myself.
What's great about it: quick and helpful, all calculations done for me

We usually have a professional do our taxes, but decided to save that cost and try Turbo Tax. It was worth it!
What's great about it: Step by Step was helpful

We have used a CPA for the last 20 years! I decided to handle things on my own this year and chose Turbo Tax. It cost me less than 1/10th of what it would have and I feel like I achieved just as much in a detailed return.
What's great about it: thorough, but easy to follow
What's not so great: navigating back to pages that have already been partially completed

Better and easier than last year's version

Most of the format was easy to follow and the questions were very good at keeping you on track. But I did have a problem that I eventually figured out.
What's great about it: The questions were easy to answer
What's not so great: A complex tax problem was hard to follow questions

Professional tax returns for the average Joe!

Turbo Tax is the simplest way for a non-tax professional to create a professional looking return.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is simple to use, just follow the step-by-step giudes.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Have used TurboTax for many years

Costs have increased by forcing me to more expensive versions and State E-File is never bundled.
What's great about it: Good program, works well, easy to use
What's not so great: Costs have increased by forcing me to more expensive versions and State E-File is never bundled.

Wow, what a refund!!

I'm a self-employed hairstylist and a procrastinator. My tax related papers go into drawers and boxes until it's THAT TIME. I fight anxiety and install my Turbo Tax (been using it for years!). I start my taxes (Home and Business), and the anxiety goes away.Turbo Tax starts at step 1 (your name) and guides you through with ease. Plus I watched my refund go up, up, up!
