Very difficult to correct information. I would see an obvious error and often couldn't get back to the screen needed to correct it or I would have to go through an entire section and reenter information before getting to the correction. Literally wasted hours attempting to correct errors.

Never Easier

I have used TurboTax for more years than I care to tell, and its gets easier yet more comprehensive each tax year. The ability to immediately find help on every topic is wonderful...and its always accurate! I use TurboTax for my home and small business and am secure that the filings are alwaysCahrlotte correct and save me the most money possible. Thanks (again)TurboTax
What's great about it: Easy to use, help when you need it, used TurboTax for over 15 years with NO ISSUES!, Best available!

Good but could still be better

I like Turbo Tax because it saves me time. But, stop changing the questions every year. It always takes me longer than desired because I gather information based on last year and then the questions have changed - yet again.

COMPLETED MY TAXES

I ENJOYED USING TURBO TAX EVERY YEAR BUT THIS YEAR I HAD SEVERAL THINGS GOING ON WHICH MADE SOME OF THE QUESTION HARD TO UNDERSTAND TO A NORMAL TAX PERSON. I HAD MOVED FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER AND HAD TWO BUSINESSES. I CAN'T WAIT TO BE NORMAL AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
What's great about it: ONLINE
What's not so great: MULTIPLE BUSINESS AND ADDRESS WERE A BIT CONFUSING
