Very Smooth

My fairly complicated return went very smoothly. The only hassle was converting a 2015 nondeductible IRA contribution to a Roth IRA. TurboTax tried to tax the conversion. They had instructions that I found after searching for a while. However this is not an unusual thing to do. They could have had much better explanations where the data is entered. I had the same problem last year and they haven't made any improvements. Oh well, maybe next year. Otherwise it was smooth sailing.
What's great about it: Almost everything went without a hitch
What's not so great: IRA to Roth Conversion problem

Effective covering all areas including rental prop

AZ has a number of tax credits that can carry forward and I have to go back to the previous filing to confirm the information. It is a bit of a hassle to find the correct forms and once I answer the questions before it opens the next step the information is in fact already filled in as I would expect. Seems like the transfer of the previous TurboTax filing would auto fill and not require answers to questions that are already in the files for the previous year.
What's great about it: Step by step process and transfer of data from previous filings

Smooth and easy!

I have used TurboTax for many years and it gets easier every time. I finished my 2015 return in record time and only need to sit back and wait for my refund to arrive in my bank account. Preparing a complicated return could not be any easier than with TurboTax!
What's great about it: Very intuitive! Best version of TT yet!

This was my first time filing my own taxes and TurboTax made it fast, easy, and simple to get through the process!!
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions, great visuals to find various fields, ability to go back and edit

Turbo Tax is great

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. Each year I have seen the improvements with it managing the data that I hate figuring out (investment info and business info as it relates to my Schedule C filing, and main job). They keep tweaking it so I spent less time dealing with my taxes and more time figuring how to reduce them for the future.
