Great software that is very user friendly

I have been using turbo tax for several years and it has helped my wife and I get the most on our refunds year after year. I also learn more every year as I do my taxes when I use the tax community which is very useful. I will use turbo tax next year.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: At times can not get the answer I desire

Painless

For something you do once a year, Intuit makes it a pretty painless job. I'm not really a numbers person and detest forms as a rule, but this is again, painless.
What's great about it: I hate taxes, but this is pretty painless
What's not so great: You need to have all your records handy.

Best Software Ever!!!!

What's great about it: Very Easy - Brings data from Previousd years, making the whole process faster and less chance for errors.
What's not so great: Price keeps going up!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax 2015 Customer Review

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and was disappointed that this year there were several glitches that I did not experience in prior years.
When I started my return and exited the first time my data was not saved and I had to start over again entering a lot of data for the second time. I also sold out of a LLC last year and filed 2014 as my last year in the LLC. This year the K-1 was transferred into 2015 and I was unable to delete it. I followed directions and put zero in all amount fields but when attempting to file was asked to input name of LLC, address etc. and I know the K-1 went into my state of PA return.
What's great about it: Very thorough and for the most part efficient
What's not so great: Could not delete K-1 which was transferred from last years return

Greatest Product

I have a BS in Engineering, Masters in Accounting, Masters in Business Administration, and PHD-ABD in Finance and am a certified tax agent. I continue to use TT for my personal needs and for others. I can trust that the software is structured around the most current tax laws. Will never use any other product. Whether free or not!
What's great about it: Been using TT for over 10 years; Best product ever produced!
