Much buggier this year

Not thrilled at having to buy Home and Business version this year when Deluxe always handled my self employed Schedule C. But the interview path incorrectly advises putting computer equipment under Other instead of line 13. You have to open forms and poke it in directly. I've used Macintax/Turbotax for 30 years. I'm considering other, more reliable options next year.
What's great about it: Filed the returns
What's not so great: Blew section 179 business expenses placement in interview

Turbo Tax So Easy This Year

I use Turbo Tax most years and this year it was better than ever. The step-by-step method went so smooth. I recommend this to anyone doing their own taxes or considering doing their own taxes.
What's great about it: The step-by-step method was extremely easy to use.

The Home and Business software is great! Easy to follow, good help if you need it. Found deductions I didn't know I could take. Saved me time and money!

Tax Return Aspirin

Turbo tax has the answers for most of my questions but when it doesn't it will point me to right IRS instruction sheet or form so I can understand how something applies or not.
Entry for itemized deductions and immediate comparison for that or standard deduction is efficient.
Very useful with small business.
What's great about it: import from prior year returns saves a lot of time.
