What's not so great: 1000 peoeple a day arent winning $1000 every day

Another great experience

This is the 6th year I have prepared my taxes with TurboTax, and each year it seems to get easier. I noticed that the walkthrough seemed more streamlined this year, so there were fewer unnecessary questions to answer. I find it easier to used the info icons throughout the program, to find answers myself, than it was to deal with an actual tax preparer.
One thing that would be nice, is seeing the form you are filling out in the actual easy-step process, as opposed to just seeing the listing of forms and having to figure out which one is applicable to the part of the walkthrough you are working on.
What's great about it: Walkthrough has been streamlined, and very easy to find items to review if you need to go back.
What's not so great: The "Flags" featured seemed kind of buggy. Didn't always take me back to page I thought I had marked.

Detailed Expert Help with Taxes

Great tax preparation experience! TurboTax always has the latest information to make preparing taxes as clear and easy as possible. However, frustratingly, they still occasionally ask for information that has already been entered and should be available (e.g., the purchase price of a vehicle; the value of a Roth IRA; the disallowed expense amounts from a previous year's 8829). It should ALWAYS be possible to re-enter the tax interview/question process at ANY ARBITRARY LOCATION rather than to have to 'walk through' a whole series of questions.
What's great about it: Helpful questions, good advice, accurate calculations
What's not so great: Needs some values repeated that have already been entered; can't select any arbitrary location to re-enter the interview

Long time turbo tax user, very user-friendly program. However, removing a previous schedule K-1 was difficult. review check kept warning of incomplete data on deleted K-1
What's great about it: walked me through my home business easily
What's not so great: form k-1 from previous submissions did not cleanly remove

Weird stuff going on this year

HAD TO REDO STATES 4 TIMES TO GET TO THE PRINT FUNCTION AND IT ALSO LOST IMPORTANT EMPLOYER DATA I HAD ENTERED
Tempted to try a different program next year this years program was not as user friendly as past years.
