Turbotax 2015

I started yesterday and stopped in the middle of it. When I reloaded the program the next day, TurboTax would not bring me to point where I left off. I had to start all over and it didn't even save the data downloaded from last years TurboTax. I had to re-enter the W-2 Data that was common from last year. In addition, I had to call twice in order to get questions answered. The program was not complete enough this year. It becomes more and more difficult to navigate and find your way around.
What's great about it: I've used Turbotax Home and Business since 1992
What's not so great: The program gets harder to use every year.

Breezed through the entire process until ready to e-file. Could not figure out how to allocate part of the refund to next year's taxes. Went to help and browsed quite a few topics -- none of which helped at all. Finally went back through the entire process step by step and found the appropriate area to designate part of the refund to next year. The online help center could have been a lot more helpful!!!

The ONLY WAY TO GO!!!!

There is no reason in the world not to use Turbo Tax. In my opinion, it has revolutionized the tax return industry for the better! I will never use a "big-name" brick-and-mortar company, ever again.
What's great about it: Thorough, simple, informative and concise.
What's not so great: Can't think of one!

Amost bullet-proof

This my fourth year with Turbo Tax. My return is complicated due to my small business operation, expenses, depreciation and revenue. Turbo Tax walks me through this minefield without worry.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions and re-prompts if the answer appears questionable
What's not so great: Installation was troubling as my PC appeared to go to sleep. There was no indication that the install was progressing.
