User friendly as Always

I may have to print and enter my state online myself at this price. But will continue to use Turbo Tax to complete my returns.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Cost of State Refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use year after year

Easy to put the things in that I want and skip the rest. In years past, I have done the guided option for adding income, expenses, etc. but now that I know what I'm doing, it is pretty easy to walk through only the areas I need. Now I can get through filing my taxes pretty darn quick (about 3 hours this year). Each of the last several years, I have compared the results of Turbotax to those of other tax softwares and Turbotax is always the best.
What's great about it: Simple enough I can figure it out
What's not so great: Some things can be complex, but that's more that I'm not an accountant

What's great about it: Step by step guide through all of the tax forms and scenarios
What's not so great: Kept locking up my computer trying to do the calculations

Not as good as in the past

I found myself very frustrated this year. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, but this year was different. They also made me buy a more expensive edition this year, even though my situation has not changed.
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: smart check did not explain errors

Well worth the savings...

We just started a small business and I was dreading doing the taxes. Turbo-tax made is 99% easier than I ever thought it would be.
What's great about it: Easy to follow "cook book" approach with a professional cook at your side.
What's not so great: Long waits for help

Better Than Last Year

Overall the return prep process was better than last year, likely because I needed to purchase 2 additional upgrades for my 2014 return even though all facts were historically consistent with all prior returns when I used Turbo Tax Deluxe. The only surprise I had was when efiling a tax return for my Mother and I needed to call her for the security info. Although I know it is a good thing to provide this info to prevent ID theft, it would have been good to tell us in advance that the info is required to efile so we could have it ready, but perhaps you did and it was buried in the instructions.
What's great about it: The Q&A was better formatted
What's not so great: Surprised by the ID security questions to file
