TurboTax is Amazing... But it COULD be BETTER!!!

IMHO, Turbotax's Amazing & I've used Turbotax annually since 2008. HOWEVER, my #1 complaint would have to be... There needs to be more info balloons along the way.
What's great about it: Step-by-step, lots of specific help topics along the way
What's not so great: NEEDS MORE HELP BALLOONS!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby, I moved

I like the improvement of saving my return to pdf. and turbo tax can import the information from a previous year

This was my first time using Turbo Tax and I loved it.
What's great about it: Found different credits for me
What's not so great: Had to pay to do state taxes and pay to file state taxes

What's not so great: Needs badly a way to itemize what is going into 'box'entries, and will print out with the return. Needed for analysis.

2015 Version of Turbotax

I have been using Turbotax and other Intuit products for many years and continue to be very pleased with their software. I go directly to forms most of the time.
What's great about it: Accurate, relatively easy to use.
What's not so great: Required to complete some unnecessary forms before submitting return.
