Turbo Tax saves me considerable time generating my tax forms because, while retired, we have a small business to supplement our income. I also like the fact that I can estimate for next year if we were to sell assets.
What's great about it: Keeps track of past tax info for business history
What's not so great: Some tax info questions not clear enough

Totally Turbo Tax

The Home and Business version was solid and walked me through the home office deduction and business deduction sections for my husband's new consultancy. It simplified the process and helped me stay on track with all the expenses and deductions. Plus an e-filing glitch sent me to Leslie in your customer support office and she was WONDERFUL! Thank you so much for all the help.
What's great about it: SO easy and helpful - right on target.
What's not so great: I had to pay money to the government. Sigh.

there was a glitch in printing out forms, it left out entries randomly for names, amounts or check boxes.

The software has problems, Turbo Tax software engineers did not spend the time necessary to ensure a smooth and problem free experience. Apparently they don't use their own software.
